Spotlight on: organization and creativity, and creative organizing!

I am definitely no Martha Stewart, but I do put effort into creatively organizing my things. Here are my latest creations:
What better way to display cotton balls and Q-tips than in flower vases?! Cotton balls and Q-tips are beauty items that need to be grabbed easily. Keeping them under the sink or in a drawer makes them unattainable. If you need them out, put them in something pretty! Right?

I took from my old room at my mom's house a white wicker stand as part of the eventual moving process (since I haven't lived at my mom's house since I was 18...) and decided to put it in my bathroom because the white matches, and also because it can hold two baskets. One basket I use to display nicely rolled washcloths, and the other is for body sprays and mists. It's definitely better than keeping both baskets on the floor, and having a small piece of neutral furniture adds volume to a bathroom. All of my other products I keep either under the sink (it's a zoo down there!) or in the linen/towel cabinet, which also houses, in addition to towels, many "extras" such as a tin of soaps, razors, the house supply of tissues and toilet paper, amongst other things. These items, obviously, do not need to be on display, but I feel nice baskets do need to be, because they lighten things up a little and make it more feminine. (I get my own bathroom. I know, I know ... I'm spoiled!)
